Gregory Miller Mr. Miller was appointed as principal at J.C. Parks Elementary School in 2016. He previously served as a principal at Arthur Middleton, Indian Head and T.C. Martin elementary schools. Mr. Miller began his career in education in 1986 as a middle school language arts teacher, in which he also produced school plays and was a middle school track coach. He was also a vice principal at St. Leonard Elementary School in St. Leonard, Maryland. He has written a chapter in the book titled, "Promising Practices in Character Education, Volume 2." Mr. Miller earned his bachelor's degree in English education from Clarion University and a master's degree in administration from The George Washington University. He is a former Parent-Teacher-Organization (PTO) Teacher of the Year, Maryland Black Saga Distinguished Award winner, and a Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Educator Excellence Award for Minority Achievement winner. |
