JC Parks Elementary    Afternoon Transportation Verification Form

SY 2025-2026

Please complete one form for each child in your household who is attending JC Parks Elementary School. Parents are asked to select one method of afternoon transportation, for the year.  If changes need to occur, please contact the school at (301) 753-1763.  The information completed below will be held on file for the 2025-2026 school year.
This form is to share how your child is to go home each day, one standard method of transportation (special cases, please contact our office)

 Car Rider Procedures and  Reminders:

  • To Receive a Car Tag - Click here to complete the AFTERNOON TRANSPORTATION FORM 
     
  • Drop-off in the Morning: Begins at 8:50 a.m.   Do not enter the parking lot before 8:50 a.m., as early arrivals will be asked to return at the correct time.    Location TBA. 
     
  •  Late Drop-offs After 9:12 a.m.: Please sign your scholar in at the main office.
     
  • Early Pickup or Change in Transportation: Please make sure that you have your identification card. No students will be released without it.  
    • Contact the main office by 2:30 p.m.
    • Early pickup is no later than 3:15 p.m.
       
  • Dismissal: Arrive no earlier than 3:30 p.m. Students are dismissed at 3:40 p.m.
